It's modern, has air conditioning, you can cook, make coffee and enjoy your staying. The owner is really nice and friendly.

Very nice place, even though it was in the basement, but it was not problem, it had windows. Very clean, very comfy and huge. Parking in front of the house. Big + for the washing machine and coffee maker

The host expected my arrival and the room was well prepared. He also took care of essentials like water, coffee and fresh milk, which was very nice. The place is spacious, clean, very well equipped with all kinds of domestic appliances and obviously well looked after. Wonderful and silent air conditioning. The room is in the basement of a private house, but still it is very discrete, with a separate entrance and you feel absolutely private there. It's located in a quiet residential area, just a ten-minute walk to the center of Orosei. There's a nice pizzeria just around the corner. Parking is no problem at all.
