The host Eleni was very welcoming. At arrival day she gave us a call to invite us to check-in early if we want to since our studio was ready before the standard hour. The property is extremely clean, bedsheets and towels get changed every day, which is not common when you rent studios and was pleasant surprise. Everything inside was renovated and spacious. We stayed for 11 days and really had a good time. There even “hidden” parking nearby away from the Main Street. We’ll definitely visit again. I recommend.

We spent a wonderful family week (2 adults + 2 children) at House Karga and we are absolutely delighted. This is the perfect place for anyone who wants to actively explore Sithonia while having a comfortable and peaceful base to return to. The Hostess: The heart of this place is Eleni – an incredibly kind and dedicated owner who takes care of every detail. You could always count on her help and a smile. It is thanks to her that this place has such a fantastic atmosphere. Cleanliness and Service: We were very impressed with the standard. The room was cleaned daily, and towels were changed frequently, which is not a standard in this type of accommodation. Amenities: The apartment was perfectly prepared. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare family meals, which was a great convenience for us. Location: Ormos Panagias is a strategic bullseye. It's close to everywhere – both the paradise beaches around Vourvourou and the charming little towns. The Immediate Area: Just a few minutes' walk to the beautiful, huge Trani Ammouda beach. There is also a well-stocked delicatessen nearby. We wholeheartedly recommend House Karga. It's one of those places you want to come back to. Warmest greetings to Eleni!

We stayed at Karga House for a week and loved it. The location is ideal - just a short walk to the beach and very close to some lovely local tavernas. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking to relax by the sea and enjoy authentic Greek food nearby. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. But what really stood out was the amazing hostess - warm, welcoming, and super helpful throughout our visit. She truly made us feel at home. I highly recommend Karga House to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Sithonia. I’ll definitely be coming back!
