Great location right in the heart of everything on the banks of the Loire. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff - all of them! Room was small but nice with a bath. Parking available for an extra fee.

The receptionist was amazing , she recommended restaurants and all were good. Her English was great , she was helpful in re rooming us and was just lovely. Well done for employing an intelligent, bubbly person ! We also liked the location and the city 😊 Spa was also awesome and good value

The wonderful staff welcomed us before we could even get out of the car. We were a little early and we were given our own nice, quiet table while our room was ready and our luggage was moved to the room. The hotel is in a great location on the banks of the Loire and the old town starts right next to it. When we came back from dinner, we had the best surprise of our entire European trip - the hotel was having an oyster night and the principle was "eat as much as you want" and everything was included in the room price. We got excellent recommendations for the wines and combination was great. Breakfast was one of the best of our trip! We will come back to our lovely place in Orleans🩷 Pekka & Annukka
