Spacious room with 2 x double beds. One of the hotels connected to the park; so very good location with a cute boat ride to take you to the parks. Easy to pop back and forth to hotel during the heat of the day. Big pool, open until late Early access to Islands of Adventure included with hotel stay

We stayed at Universal Loews Sapphire Falls Resort from 29th June to 3rd July 2025 as a family of three. The resort itself is visually stunning and well-located for Universal visitors, but some of the basic amenities and policies were disappointing. Pros: Helpful Staff: Every team member we interacted with was courteous and helpful, which made the stay easier. Great Location & Aesthetics: The property’s overall decor, lush landscaping, and fabulous pool area create a true resort feel. Comfortable Rooms: The beds were cozy, and the room itself was comfortable and relaxing after long days at the parks.

The proximity to the park and the water taxi were really nice. There is a nice pool and one water slide that were nice (we stayed after check out). There are good dining options in the hotel which is nice if you don't want to go to city walk.
