Convenient and excellent value for money if visiting the Universal Parks. Great shuttle service to and from parks, easy to use and regular. Early entry to parks. Lots of food options (although not the cheapest) in the hotel. Great pool.

Lovely clean and spacious hotel. Perfect for our families needs. Friendly staff. Food area had great choice and staff always making sure it was clean and tidy. Great location to Universal and Epic. Will definitely be back Room spacious and great with the second room.

What I liked most about the hotel was the view from my room of the street and the pool. It also had free shuttle buses to Universal Studios parks.
