I usually stay here a couple of times throughout the year for 2 weeks at a time and it never disappoints. Big, clean, modern apartments with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Lovely facilities such as pool, bar, gym and lots of parking available. I love the location being so close to Idrive and Universal. Great for solo travellers, I always feel safe here even coming back late at night. What truly makes The Point Hotel and Suites so great though is the wonderful staff! I always feel like I'm coming back to my 2nd home seeing all the familiar and friendly faces. Big shout out to Tiffany who is always there with a big smile on her face ready to help. I always look forward to seeing her at reception during my stays. Also a big thank you this time to Yashika who consistently helped me throughout my trip. Always so friendly, approachable and helpful. Overall another great stay at this hotel and will be booking in for later in the year again.

Location is perfect for Universal parks. Great for couples.

You have to pay to have your room cleaned. Clean towels were provided when we requested them but used ones were not removed. There is no food options available on site. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows are the size of a cushion. Roadworks going on outside, made it difficult for uber drivers to find us

Amazing location, very spacious and comfortable rooms and facilities, nice pool area. Dryer didn't work and no shuttles to Universal as advertised so we had to walk (30 mins)
