The location near to downtown Orlando and the Lake was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Room was OK, clean but smelled a bit damp. Balcony where you can sit in the shade. Free parking was great. Accessing you room with a digital key on your phone. Outside door was closed all the time and could only be opened with your room key.

Cheap central downtown hotel. Nice size room. Well appointed bathroom. Good choice of breakfast. Close to the park and bars.
