Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. Ground floor which I was pleased about as there are 3 floors and no lifts! Didn't fancy dragging our cases upstairs. Pool facing, again brilliant. Pool was lovely, clean, plenty of beds and chairs. Hot tub lovely. Nice little cafe open on a morning. Laundry and gym available along with small arcade. This place has everything we needed and I would stay again.bit was a little tired in terms of decor but everything worked and we noticed they were refurbing rooms whilst we were there.

Mixed Experience – Disappointed Compared to Our Previous Stay We recently stayed at Sonesta ES Suites Orlando – Lake Buena Vista and unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to our expectations. We had stayed here 7 years ago and chose it again largely because of the shuttle service to the parks, which was no longer available—a major disappointment, as this was one of our main reasons for booking. During our 5-night stay, towels were only changed once, which is not ideal for a family. The staff could also be a bit more welcoming—basic friendliness and a smile go a long way in hospitality. Also important to note: there is no lift in the building. After a 20-hour journey, we had to carry five heavy suitcases up the stairs ourselves, which was exhausting. The location and room size are still good, but overall, the service and amenities have really dropped since our last visit.

We stayed at Sonesta ES Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista and overall had a pleasant experience, but there are a few things worth mentioning. The location is excellent – just 10-15 minutes from major theme parks, with plenty of restaurants and a Walgreens nearby. The pool area is spacious, with lots of loungers and tables, and the water was always clean. We frequently saw staff maintaining the grounds, trimming greenery, and ensuring everything was tidy and in good condition. There’s also a laundry room and a small play area, and the neighborhood feels safe and well-kept. The suites themselves are large and well-equipped, offering good comfort for families, but they definitely need refreshing. The sofa fabric was heavily stained, and the carpets could use a deep clean.

Very comfortable and spacious room, friendly and courteous staff, excellent location close to Disney World. The outdoor area with the pool and jacuzzi was beautiful and relaxing.
