The suite was clean, well equipped, and customer service was very responsive to answer any issue (I contacted them by email and had a quick response)

The hotel room had everything we needed. Very large, washer and dryer, dishwasher, large bed and nice bathroom! The hotel is nice and the other guests were quiet and respectful. The pool bar is no longer open but the pool was a nice place to hangout for the day. Walking distance to Universal which was a big plus!
