Location was perfect with shuttles to Disney world. In-hotel facilities were exceptional. water park, Starbucks, grocery store, arcade, etc.. Staff were very friendly. no complaints.

They are very flexible ref. the use of the pool (you can use them even before check in/ check out time), they were flexible with late check out (compensating for the late check in); facilities are good and comfortable; pantry is a nice place to have light meals even if you brought food from outside.
