The room was large and airy and the location of the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and were very helpful when I had to have a package sent to the hotel from the UK.

Great-sized rooms Shuttle buses to Universal and Epic made it very convenient located right next to outlet malls, making it very convenient for a shopping day Having a self-service laundry facility on-site was helpful Breakfast was basic, as expected.
