The room was excellent we asked for a higher floor and it was available at check-in, we arrived very early after leaving our cruise ship and unfortunately a room wasn't available, but we were able to check in and have full use of the facilities. The room is very well acquainted with a lovely big shower room, the main bath was in the bedroom which meant that if you were 4 sharing the toilet could still be available. We had a fully fitted kitchen with all utensils, there were two large televisions one in the living room and the other in the bedroom, again ideal if you are two couples or a family sharing. The washing machine and tumble dryer were a god send and meant that we had very little washing to bring home, the towels were changed every day by the hotel and we had a midweek bedding changeover. The pools are very large and perfect for the size of the resort, you never felt that you couldn't enter them and have a swim if you wanted, there were plenty of chairs, tables and loungers to accommodate everyone, there is a small shop/cafeteria called the marketplace which provide everything you need to get started and there is also a restaurant onsite, but we didn't use that this time. The location is very central for Seaworld, Aquatica, International Drive, I-4, Universal Studios, Disney Springs and the two major outlet malls, especially if you have a car, but most are still easily accessible using the I-Drive Trolley, Uber, Lyft or local bus services.

Fantastic location, excellent facilities, friendly staff and nice clean rooms! We liked it that much that we left a different hotel and came back for another 4 nights!
