Excellent location. The hotel was on the International Drive. The staff was very helpful and cooperative. Be it at the reception, poolside, housekeeping or the breakfast area. The ladies at the concierge desk, specially Kelly, Nezha and Karla really took time to attend and guide us. I bought all the theme park tickets from them.

This hotel is in an excellent location, situated on International Drive and right next to the I-Trolley bus stops, making travelling to attractions really easy. It is affiliated with Universal and offers free shuttle buses to their parks, including Epic. These turned up bang on time and were air-conditioned. There are lots of shops and places to eat nearby and the hotel has its own pool bar offering pizza, as well as a tuck shop at reception for snacks. There are 3 elevators ensuring that you rarely have a wait and the hotel is easy to navigate. There is a laundry room with access to washers and driers, which was really handy. The room itself was comfortable, with a small fridge for keeping drinks cool, lots of storage and air conditioning to keep the room nice and cold. The window was large which meant there was lots of light in the room and it was good for watching thunderstorms too. Although we sat at the pool sometimes, we didn't go in it so I'm not sure if it was a good temperature. All in all, this is probably the best hotel we have stayed in whilst in Orlando and we would probably go back again, it offered excellent value for money and is in a fantastic location.
