Very friendly staff, from concerige, reception, breakfast room to housekeeping etc. Very prompt to attend to your requests. I met Bryane, i remember her name because she came to the room to assist with kitchen supplies and went out of her ways to get all i required. Thank you to all the staff i met. Always smiling. My flight was even delayed, and promptly, I rebooked and rechecked into same room. Kudos 👏

after à long flight, it is nice to be able to have a nice hot shower with all the amenities. of course the very comfy bed helped tons to catch up on sleep. everything was as expected and communications were good before and during.
