We checked in as an emergency due to our booked hotel being overbooked. We arrived around 01.00hrs. The young lady on the desk was brilliant. The hotel was technically sold out, understanding our situation with two tried children, she managed to release a recently refurbished room, apologising for the new paint smell. Her customer service was fantastic, and she even provided free breakfast!

Location brilliant. Close to the ICON, Bahama Breeze, and other excellent restaurants. I would thoroughly recommend.
