Our host, Lorraine was truly wonderful during our 6 night stay. She was so friendly, helpful, genuine, and generous to her guests. Also, thank you to Ilsa for the walks you recommended. We loved the large, modern shared kitchen at Polrudden. Guests can use the kitchen at any time. Great if you would like to sleep in and have a late breakfast or cook your own dinner at night. There are tables and chairs just off the kitchen area to eat your meals overlooking the garden. Each guest gets 2 clear containers with their room number written on them. These are for storing your cold items in a large shared refrigerator. There are two refrigerators, two microwaves, two kettles, toaster, a large ceramic cooktop, kitchen exhaust fan, plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery etc. Polrudden is in a quiet location. Easy walking distance to Tesco, Lidl and The Co-Op supermarket, which are all in the same street. Petrol station is a few minutes away.

One of the best things about polrudden is you can cook all.you own food and not worry about eatting out ever day and thought krikwall is not expensive eatting out ever day can be in any town in the uk so it was a real.boon to avoid that cost
