Nice and quiet townhouse in a good location close to beaches and bars. We had a couple of issues such as no WIFI and no hairdryer, but they were sorted out quickly. It had good facilities and was very clean. Shower was good.

The house is in an excellent position for shops restaurants and bars also close to the beach. Very clean and in a good order. Property manager was very helpful as well.

We had a pleasant stay at "Espanhouse Playa Townhouse in La Zenia, close to the beach" with friends. We enjoyed the terrace with the furniture. There were no problems to find a free parking place near the house in June daily. Internet quality and speed were vital for us, and it also was good! Everything was accurate with the photos. There is also access to a shared pool, which was ordinary, but ok. The apartment is located 15 min walk from the beach. In summer it's very hot outside, so I recommend having a car to reach the supermarket, shopping mall, restaurants, etc. Besides, we ordered a delivery from Mc'Donalds to the house and got it very fast. Thanks for a lovely stay! I recommend the property as a good value-for-money option in La Zenia.
