The fine print
For the sake of ecology, in order to limit electricity consumption, 7KW are included in the package per night. A photo will be taken at the entrance and exit. The surplus will be billed at the energy supplier's rate (€ 0.35 per KW). A deposit of 20 €, in cash, will be requested upon handing over the keys. It is intended to settle any excess consumption and the difference will be refunded upon release.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We were met by the keyholder Christina and although she only spoke Spanish she was very accomodating and helpful. Google translate ftw. We were told to take anything we needed in the house and there was literally everything one could possibly need there, including toiletries, feminine products, a sewing kit, games and cleaning products. The house itself is in a quiet street very close to a shop and in short walking distance to three commercial centers. It was cosy, clean, comfortable, had air conditioning and provided a washer machine with detergent for guests to use and microwave as well as fridge and cooker. At the end of the stay we handed the keys back to Christina, who again was very friendly and wished us safe travles. We would definitely recommend!

Everything about the location was perfect. Was in walking distance of the Emerald Isle Bowling Club where we were playing for the week. Local shopping store was only a few minutes away also.

Communication with Host - We had travel problems but catered for with no problems. Great location - walking distance to ameanities .
