A beautiful, historic property on the edge of the charming village of Orges. The host was very amenable and kind. A perfect stop-over although wished we could have stayed for longer.

It was a nice cool temperature because it is an old stone building. Multiple bathrooms : en-suite and separate. Plenty of space for 5 people. Good to stay in a historic venue. Loved the tour of the mill by Emmanuel (in excellent English) - fascinating to see and hear how the business uses traditional methods of manufacturing. Has a great water wheel. Very quiet and peaceful and not far off the autoroute.

This was the highlight of our Via Francigena. Emmanuel and Annette made our overnight stay the most memorable experience. Everything was amazing. From the welcoming, the evening meal, the tour of the mill, this beautiful property is amazing.
