Good evening meal provided by host Erich, (extra charge - not cheap). Comfortable bed. Quirky property. Good stop off on way south.

I had a wonderful stay at Jungbrunnen Orges. Erich and his wife are incredibly welcoming hosts, Erich even cooked me a fantastic steak dinner, which was one of the highlights of my trip. The property itself is incredible and full of history, beautifully restored by Erich over many years with real passion and attention to detail. It’s an ideal stop for motorcyclists like myself, with ample secure parking, and the bonus that both Erich and his wife are bikers too. The atmosphere is warm, authentic and relaxed, making it feel more like visiting friends than staying at a guesthouse.

It is a beautiful well kept property on beautifully maintained grounds. The hosts were great, polite, funny and respectful. The food was very good and catered for all ages in our family. The dogs were great entertainment for the children.
