The location of the property, comfort of bed, breakfast included. The room was very basic but set in a beautiful, historic building. Please note check in and breakfast are in the sister hotel opposite. We travelled in October and the room wasn’t very warm. There is a lift.

Room was clean and functional, nothing particularly fancy, but sufficient for a short stay. Bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and no issues experienced. Lication in the city centre was very good and close to all transport links. Breakfast selection was good and there was something for everyone I had a meal at the restaurant on the ground floor that was very good.

The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. I felt at home. I would like to thank Natalie and Phillipe as well all the other people I've met there. They know how to make you feel at home.
