The room was luxurious and I was treated like a queen. Ante at reception was professional, pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The cleaners were so kind and hospitable. It was nice to order a breakfast as room service the 1st morning and to be gifted it the second. I felt special and valued. Thank you.

The location of the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station in Örebro Central. This is the primary reason we book this hotel. Perfect location! Very positive surprise - we got a HUGE room - 2 double beds and an L-shape sofa - overlooking the Castle (Slottet)! Another plus is the breakfast. It has everything we want - hot coffee, bread, bacon, yoghurt, fresh fruits, juice, etc. etc. Oh, and of course, most important - friendly staff as I explain below.
