I choose this hotel over other similar places because of the breakfast. Really good breakfast to start a day. Great location. Beach is really close.

For the money this place is ok. It was not what I anticipated - it is a little dated and shabby - hence the pictures do not really represent how it looks now. But the rooms were clean. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and we were able to have a late check out for very little money. We were told you could not walk into Noord from where we were but we found our own way and found we could - by walking down to Eagle Beach and then along the Promenade. This saved us having to get a taxi on the way out each night and only had to get one on the way back. It is a very small hotel with only 18 rooms but this was much better than staying in the massive resort hotels in the area frequented by the American tourists.

Near to Eagle Beach and plenty of restaurants and shops around. They clean rooms daily and it's a very silent and relaxing place.

The location is great if you are traveling without a car: the Eagle beach is 12 mins walking, a store 3 mins away. There is a restaurant across the street. A taxi from Oranjestad is inexpensive ($14) and takes 7 mins. Airport ($30) and 15 mins. The inn has a pool with sunbeds in the common garden which is somewhat cozy and breakfast (a la carte) is served daily. When I was there, the majority of guest were Dutch.
