Front house was warm and very comfortable But flat out back was cold heater was to loud Need electric blanket or aircon Otherwise it was a lovely flat thanks

I had some issues, but I really liked this little house. It is a really cute and quite well laid out. It’s in a very quiet location, yet still very close to the CBD. Nice private backyard. Plenty of on street parking. Great heating. Dog friendly (although the backyard fence is falling apart and needs to be addressed urgently). Rooms are surprisingly spacious for a small cottage. The manager’s even arranged for a new stick vac to be dropped off after I requested it. My Kelpie is a shedder and I wanted to not leave her hair accumulating around the place.

Central heating worked very well. Modern kitchen and bathroom. HUGE mugs (great on really cold days) Outside toilet (when the inside was in use)

Location was good but back door wouldn’t open with keys sent email no answer then lamps to full to read in bed had to buy 2 to replace ones that didn’t work other than that we had a lovely stay
