Clean, well laid out, great laundry. Plenty of bits and pieces in the kitche, eg gladwrap etc.

The property was located in a central area and very close to all the attractions in Orange. The property was exactly as advertised with all the essentials you could think of.

Good price, tidy little unit. Was in a quiet location with nice garage access. Good facilities.
