EVERYTHING was perfect! The house is stunning, the beds are so comfortable and the shower was great. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up a meal. It is only a very short walk to the centre of beautiful Orange. Plenty of great grocery options if you want to self cater, and an abundance of cafes, pubs and restaurants. Just a short drive to many amazing wineries. A perfect spot!!! When we arrived the overnight temp was set to be 0 and the air conditioning wasn’t working which sent a little bit of panic through our group, given it was 6pm. My message was answered immediately with a phone call, and 30 minutes later a service tech arrived and cheerfully rectified the issue whilst we walked over the road to the warm and cosy pub for some delicious Thai. I will definitely stay here if and when I return to Orange.

Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants. The house had definite charm and was clean and quite comfortable.

Beautifully kept federation house - immaculate presentation - large airy rooms and super comfy beds. Kitchen was well set up with lots of dinner/glass ware. Location was excellent- a couple of minutes walk and you were close to everything- shopping/cafes/pubs/restaurants
