Cleanliness, the owner and their wife were super friendly and accomodating, drinks are on the house which just adds an extra plus to the whole experience, rooms were clean, not noisy at all, quite close to the city center(~15 minutes on foot) and generally just a pleasant place to stay at in Oradea.

Excellent interaction with the staff - they have supplied clear and detailed indications about the check in (with main entrance door code and the tag for the room door waiting at the reception counter) and parking possibilities around the hotel; fortunately we have managed to find a free place right in front of the main entrance (there are only 3 such places available there). Clean room, bathroom with a large shower cabin. Minibar fridge has good cooling capabilities. Coffee machine and kettle available with free complimentary coffee capsules and tea bags. Good WiFi. There is a large supermarket open 24 hours a day in the next block of houses.
