it was all very uncomplicated, shortening my stay - refund came prompt, changing the room to another side of the building, getting a warm dinner late in the evening, taking coffee from the bar to the room etc. most important: super comfy bed and very clean bathroom

The staff were very professional, we arrived early and checking in was not an issue. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was worth the cost.

The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything you need for a good night's sleep. We were pleased to find a kettle and coffee available.
