Apartment is in a nice residential area, well located only 5/10 minutes away walking distance from public transport, coffee shops supermarkets etc. the property is well kept, clean with all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay. Well equipped kitchen, both bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage and both have excellent air conditioning units which are a must if the weather is hot (during our stay we hit 34 degrees and they have been a life saver). Very good bathroom with a great shower. The owner Enea has been easy to communicate with and very prompt to deal with any queries, also he does own a coffee shop where you can indulge in some nice cappuccino, freshly made croissants and more. I became a regular since. Overall, I can say that we had an excellent stay at Casa Maria and I will happily use it again.
