A retro-styled, practical room with a bathroom and a balcony with an amazing sea view. There is a small cozy beach, a bus stop, and a supermarket nearby. The hosts are friendly and hospitable.

You get a nice room with a private bathroom, fridge, air conditioning and small terrace, which was really nice. There is also some room for parking, which is definitely handy in Opatija. The cleanliness was okay, but there was room for improvement. A prior guest had left a tube of toothpaste on top of the mirror, it looked like it had been there a while. The bed was not great. It was a double bed, so the size was good, but each side was really saggy and middle was very hard, so it was difficult to find a good sleeping position. It's alright and will do for a night or two, but it wasn't what I would call comfortable

Very good value for money, and really helpful staff. Managed to accommodate us with check in and check out to our train times. Great room for the price. The price enabled us to stop in Opatija as most other places were prohibitively expensive.
