Our host, Denis, was incredible—by the time we left, he felt like an old friend. Communication was seamless, with clear instructions and a warm welcome that included a delicious appetizer and a local guide. The views are simply breathtaking; there is nothing quite like watching the sunrise over the sea or spotting dolphins while having breakfast on the terrace. Plus, you can't beat the location right on the Lungomare coastal promenade, especially with the added bonus of convenient parking right at your doorstep.

The apartment is fantastic, offering a stunning sea view and just a short 5-10 minute walk to the center. Such a spectacular view is hard to come by. The beach is conveniently located right below the apartment. It is modern, spacious, and fully equipped. The owner was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Additionally, Auntie Mara, who resides in the building temporarily, is incredibly kind and generous—our one-year-old son adored her and enjoyed playing with her. We extend our thanks to her! We truly had a wonderful stay in Opatija, a place with a unique energy and vibe that you can really feel. Highly recommended!

The property is well appointed in a beautiful location directly fronting the Adriatic Sea.
