The stairs to the apartment are extremely steep and twisty . 5 floors carrying luggage not ideal so 2 of us took the lift which broke while we were in it 35 minutes before we got out ( not owner fault but should explain about stairs).The apartment was cold . No heating on or instructions to do so . The owner says to contact him if we had any questions but it was 23.45 when we arrived back to apartment we felt it was too late to contact him . I think a booklet with instructions left out would be better . Other than that beautiful

Great location: 50m from the main beach promenade and close to a whole host of shops and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive to our questions via Booking.com. Parking (extra cost) was conveniently located right across the street. Flat was on the 5th floor, but easy to access with an elevator. Although we only had a very short stay, we found the flat to be very clean and well appointed and perfect for what we were looking for. After checking in, we walked to the station for an afternoon trip into Bruges on the train (15 mins).

the appartament is the most beautiful we have in Belgium (and we have more than 8 apparments). Warm but chic with fantastic windows and in few step you can reach the North sea and Ostende beach. the appartment is very well equipped. We really recomend this apartment .
