Nice experience. Can recommend the place. I well advise to get a proper appartment entrance door with an extra lock inside as the main door of the building is accessible for everyone.

This is a beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The hosts were very helpful in helping us find a place to store our bicycles.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment of Kateleen and Bart. Everything makes a high quality impression: the kitchen, the electronic devices, the furnitures and bed has the level which you would also go for your own flat. We slept every night very well in the bed! The whole area was pretty quiet, so it was no problem to sleep with opened window. Although we didn't slept on the couch, we've still seen that it has a traditional slatted frame. So most probably we would have slept well here, too. One critism which can be found pretty often in other reviews is the missing wardrobe. However in the bedroom there is simply no space left for such a furniture. Instead there is much room in the sideboard (in the living room) to store clothes. Overall we are very happy that we found Kateleens and Barts apartment and are looking forward to our next visit of Oostende. :-)
