This might be the coolect hotel I've been to. It's in a massive warehouse and the bikes are everywhere, you can see that this is a proper cycling hotel. The aesthetic is unbeatable. The drinks and dinner are great. Views of the harbor super nice too. Great point to start Shimanami Kaido, 2 mins away from the starting ferry. Both the room and the bathroom were super stylish.

Neat facility with good rooms in a lovely building housed in a renovated dock warehouse. Good staff and nice bar downstairs. Recommended jump off point for cycling the Shinimamo bike trail.

Hotel Cycle in Onomichi is a great place to start the Kumano Kodo. The seaside location is unbeatable and our room was both stylish and comfortable. Loved the in-room kettle, spacious bathroom, and cozy beds.

Very modern and artisan aesthetic. They paid attention to every detail and provided lots of little, unexpected extras. Loved the restaurant, shop and café…all thoughtfully curated. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. Super close to everything we needed to enable our cycling the Shimanami Kaido. Even had Zwift bikes set up 🤩
