The service was excellent. A great escape from the busy city. I accidentally left my hair mask at the hotel and forgot to bring it back to Naha. The hotel staff at Ryotei kindly delivered it to me at my Naha hotel without any extra charges.

Excellent services from the staff right from the checking in. They actually also set up our futons while we were having dinner. Was pleasantly surprised when we got back to the room. The Kaiseki dinner was very great and filling. Same goes for breakfast. Free drink cans of juice and tea in the fridge. Nice view of the sea from the balcony. Peaceful surrounding. Lovely view of the stars in the clear night.
