To use the hotel's chargeable shuttle, please make a reservation at time of booking.Please note that Moon Beach Palace Hotel and Hotel Moon Beach are two different properties in the same building. Moon Beach Palace Hotel's front desk is located on the 3rd floor.For guests staying longer than 3 nights, the hotel only charges a parking fee for the first 3 days.Advance reservation is required for guests who wish to have bridal photos taken on site. Extra charges apply. Please directly contact the hotel for reservation and for further details at least 1 week prior to your arrival date.Please note, amenities for children sleeping on an existing bed are not included in the rate.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

Location of hotel was great. Right on a beautiful beach, overlooked by the hotel's infinity pool. There is a danger of stinging jellyfish in the sea so there was a net stopping them from entering a large area of the sea that made you feel safe when swimming. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice, both Japanese and Western style breakfast. Rooms were large and the beds very comfortable. Air con was a life saver in June! We paid extra for a room with a sea view and it was well worth it (amazing sunsets!). There are several restaurants and bars a short walk from the hotel. Although we did eat in the hotel one evening for 6000 yen and it was very good. It's an all you can eat buffet with lots of choice. Everything was very clean in the hotel in general and the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. We used the airport shuttle bus to get to and from Naha airport to the hotel. It took around 1 hour 15 minutes and cost 1600 yen each. You can get a taxi but it's pretty expensive.

Spacious and bright room with a stunning view. Great selection for breakfast. The hotel had overall a really cool vibe, very unique. We’re very happy with our stay.

Staff and their service was outstanding. Our check in was very smooth. After the paperwork, one staff took us to the room and explained everything. Room was very clean, nice and big. We had a problem with aircon at first night. Next day they changed our room to an upgraded bigger room with sea view. They have a common microwave oven, coffee machine, water point for anybody to use. Staff even helped to heat up the food. About 100m from the hotel, there is Lawson, Family mart & 7 Eleven. Also along the road there are many restaurants for dinner.
