We were pleased to have paid extra for premier rooms as that gave us soft drinks / coffees / beer and wine pre 7pm in the tea lounge. We also opted for half board during our six night stay. There were four different restaurants available and all were very good. The buffet breakfast is a bit chaotic and unpredictable as they limit the number going in which is sensible but it’s not a huge problem having to wait The room on the 12th floor was large and had stunning views There were lovely toiletries including face creams etc. The premium level allowed access to the indoor pool, onsen and beach chairs for no extra charge. Our grandchildren aged 6 and 4 loved the beach , swimming pools and slides The beach is shaded by the hotel in the morning making it perfect for little children. The staff were all extremely friendly and professional

Location and staff We got exceptional service from Mayumi front desk / concierge, There are many very good restaurants close I recommend the burger restaurant also Jam stake and seafood
