Honestly, it was the best place I've stayed in during my road trip in Scotland. My friend and I received A VERY nice and warm welcome. Everyone is so kind and attentionate! Not to mention the gorgeous area, and the fantastic decoration of the place. The bedrooms were perfect, super warm, cozy, comfortable. Very nice floor! Lots of treats provided, + a blanket for people just like me who are always feeling cold. It was wonderful and I will come back again. (Honestly, can't wait!) The staff, the food, the lounge, everything was absolutely perfect. Even the ferry required to come was a fun thing to do! I loved everything. Thank you!

Location is fantastic, hotel smelled lovely and was very clean. Luke at reception was very friendly and welcoming.
