I really enjoyed the accommodation. I want to thank the hosts for their kindness. They were very nice and helped us with everything we asked for. They even arranged rafting for us, and a car came to pick us up and bring us back to the accommodation. The property has a terrace equipped with everything you need: a grill, sink, a large table with 10 chairs, a relaxation area and a play area for children, plus a storage cabinet with plates and cutlery for outdoor meals. Since we were a group, we really enjoyed spending time there – it’s definitely a big plus! The accommodation is only 3 minutes from the beach. You just go down the hill, cross the street, and you’re there. The hill is not difficult to climb – in 2 minutes you’re back at the accommodation. There is a bus stop right on the main street, and you can buy tickets directly from the driver. We paid 2 euros for a ride from Duće to Omiš (bus 60). You can also reach the center of Omiš on foot in about 40 minutes. Nearby you’ll find restaurants, grocery stores, and a gas station. The nearby beach has fine sand. The property also offers parking. The rooms were clean. Even though the space is not very large, the room has plenty of storage, so you can easily organize your things in the closet. The same goes for the bathroom. The balcony was spacious, with a table, two chairs, and a clothes dryer. The air conditioning worked very well.

Duće/Omiš is my favourite destination but it was for the first time I spent time in Villa Ivanišević and I was very satisfied. The room was well equipped. The balcony doors are equipped by roller shutter. The house is near to the beach. There are also a lot of restaurants and beach bars nearby.

Everything was great. Apartment was clean, location and parking good, lovely space for barbeque...but the most amazing was hostess Anna. She is the sweetest and kindest lady, nothing was problem for her. I highly recommend this villa. Thank you so much :)

Great location, friendy and hospitable staff. Place is run by a family, so the vibe is friendly and home-like. The area is fairly quiet, but with bars, restaurants, and lovely beaches in a vicinity. Each room has working air conditioning, which is a plus. Great connection with neighbouring towns and cities by public transport.
