I was very happy with my stay here. I was greeted by Anita who provided such a warm and attentive welcome. The room was very clean and was nicer than I was expecting, with lovely decor and some nice extra touches (I enjoyed the tray of sweets!). The balcony had incredible views of the towering mountains, and I could just about see the higher of the two castles and the sea if I stood in the right place. I'm not sure if it was left by a previous guest or provided by the apartment, but I very much appreciated having dish soap, a sponge, salt & pepper, and some oil in the kitchen, as well as hand soap in the bathroom - I have stayed elsewhere in Croatia where these were not provided and the cost adds up to get these basics. The location was great for me, it was about a 10min walk to either of the two closest beaches, the one at Duce being slightly closer. Also, it had a bakery almost next door, and a few supermarkets very close which was really convenient. Thank you to Anita and her family for such a great stay!
