Such a perfect spot, with a view of the mountains, surrounded by flocks of sheep with bells clanging, close to the start of the Samaria Gorge hike. The mist covering the valley early morning was a sight to behold. The cottage has everything you need, with lots of seating outside to enjoy the peace and quiet. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming and left lots of goodies to enjoy. .

Very good stay in Mike's house in Omalos. Mike made us very welcome and the house was very clean. The place is very close to the start of the Samaria gorges.

Very hospitable host. Greeted us with Raki and homemade pastries. Provided many supplies such as fresh cheese eggs and oranges. The accommodation was comfortable, and the location was great.

The situation of the house is together with two other on the edge of the mountain surrounded Omalos Plateau. The site is shared with a second property within a secured perimeter. Many walks and drives can be undertaken from the property. There are three Tavernas situated in the small village of Omalos.
