Great location for the kurobe alpine route, friendly staff and amazing food. We enjoyed an great traditional Japanese dinner and a traditional Japanese style room. Even though the building is not designed as a ryokan the rooms are with mats. Nice onsen with outside and inside bath to use. They were very friendly assisting us up feont with planning the trip and offering luggage service. Definitely would recommend for those seeking to see a nice traditional experience without too much hassle.

Dinner and breakfast included was delicious with great variety of options. The onsen was such a relaxing experience. The staffs were friendly.
