This is a hotel you must visit if you are going to Kurobe. True to the IHG reputation, the facilities and service were impeccable. However, this may be a subjective impression, but aside from essential matters, we had to ask additional questions to obtain necessary information. The hot spring bath overlooking the dense forest is highly recommended. The breakfast was also excellent. If I could be a bit more greedy, I would wish for more Japanese-style dishes to be offered. The highlight of this hotel is the walking trails. The hotel is surrounded by dense forest, so taking a morning walk around the nearby villa area while breathing in the fresh air provides tremendous healing. I thought it would be wonderful to stay at this hotel for an extended period and enjoy the surrounding nature. It appears that group tourists also stay at this hotel, but perhaps due to the hotel managing schedules, there was no sense of overcrowding or disorder.

This was the most amazing hotel I’ve stayed at in my six years of active travel. We stayed in the new building, and the room was simply gorgeous - spacious, luxurious, and absolutely top-notch, with an incredibly beautiful view from the window. The view during breakfast was just as breathtaking; we enjoyed every moment so much that we decided to stay another night. I was also impressed by the beautiful large swimming pool, the onsen with outdoor access and the gym. Thanks to all the staff, it was amazing!
