the lady at the reception was utmost friendly and did her best to satisfy our needs. She managed to deliver true spirit of hospitality and provided the most excellent service. Despite the complex conditions and lack of rooms we were warmly greeted and provided with not only accomodation, but also breakfast and parking.

The room is very spacious and comfortable and well equipped. I only stayed one night as had an early train but would stay again if I was in the area and enjoy more of the facilities.

My stay in this hotel was very good as usual. I like breakfast (delicious!). Room was clean and well kept. Hotel staff was nice and friendly.
