The actual building is trashy - HOWEVER - The room is a 'diamond in the rough'. It is very well designed and contained everything needed for a comfortable stay. Quality furnishings, equipment and quiet, split aircon. It really is beyond beautiful and very cosy! The owner is well organised and responds promptly. There is CCTV throughout the building. Parking is free, and easy with plenty of space outside the building.

I have already traveled a lot (since 2011) and this comfortable apartment is the best decorated I have seen, I think. It is very clean. Very well located within walking distance of SBMA Beach and the resto bars of Subic Bay. A convenience store is located directly on the ground floor. And the host is very friendly and available to answer questions via messaging.

Very comfortable, cleaning and the house owner offer lots of help to us. Very lucky and enjoy this trip in Subic bay. Just a little pity that only stay for one day. And the room is the same same same as pictures show on booking.com😁 And her
