If paying in cash, the property accepts payments in CZK only. The hotel exchange rate can be different to the one provided by your bank. If paying by credit card, it will be charged in CZK. Differences are not refundable.Please note that the wellness is open from Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 22:00, and Saturday - Sunday from 12:00 to 22:00. The last entry to the wellness centre is possible at 21:00.Please note that there is an additional charge of 500 CZK per pet per night for accommodation with pets.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This is the 2nd time that I've stayed at the Theresian, and once again the room was amazing. It's spacious and the bed is huge and incredibly comfortable.

Perfect locations, just a few steps from the oldtown. Good size room, great people at the reception. Breakfast was ok, not great but ok.

Everything was good but we would have preferred a bar and restaurant at night. We would also have liked the cost of the spa area to have been built into the overall cost for everyone rather than charged separately per guest. Checkout time at 10 am seemed a little early for us. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would return without hesitation. The room was large, clean, and comfortable.
