“Gorgeous hotel, highly recommend but odd attitude from staff”

- Gorgeous property, set across multiple old houses in Olinda that have been renovated to a very high standard - Great art - Very good breakfast - We also had dinner at the restaurant which I highly recommend. It was definitely the best meal we had in Olinda (the other one was at the highly rated Oficina do Sabor but this was much better) and one of the best we have had in our 6 week trip to Brazil - Room was very comfortable - nice bed and good air conditioning.

Staying at Pousada do Amparo in Olinda was truly a delightful experience. The room felt like a step back in time, blending the elegance of colonial architecture with modern comfort. This charming pousada perfectly captures the essence of Olinda: its natural beauty, rich history, and warm-hearted people. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always attentive and kind. It was such a wonderful stay that we’re already planning our return!
