Easy access, keys stored in the safe by the front door. Relaxing pool view from the second floor. Lift available. Fantastic terrace. The kitchen equipment is absolutely wonderful. mixer, juice maker, blender, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, large-capacity toaster, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, kettle, coffee maker, 3 sizes of heavy, high-quality pans, many pots, glasses, porcelain, etc... The interior is new, renovated, with beautiful accessories. the parking lot is under a barrier. The beach can be easily reached in a 5-minute walk along a quiet off-road path. The 2 bathrooms very convinient. Both bed rooms beautiful, clean and spacious. Kids room with a bunk bed. Large living room with a dining area.
