Guest Mar is a beautiful, traditional Portuguese town house, situated in easy walking distance for the centre of the old town. The staff were all incredibly helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice of fruits, cheese, cold meats, cereals and breads. Good coffee, tea and juices. The kitchen area is always open, so you can make drinks at any time. We stayed in the top floor bedroom, which has direct access to the terrace area. Bed was super-comfortable. Great roof-top views. We loved everything about this place and are already planning our return!

GuestMar was the perfect choice for me as a solo traveller, located in a quiet square, close to shops, restaurants and the water. The property was extremely clean and very comfortable. The breakfast, as other guests have noted, was absolutely fantastic and made my stay. Being able to make tea during the day and eat homemade cake provided in the kitchen was so appreciated. It was also a really great chance to chat with others staying there, which I very much enjoyed. There is a lovely roof terrace, bathed in sunshine as soon as the sun is out and an Uber from airport is under 12 euros! Nothing to fault and I would highly recommend a stay here!
