Lovely spacious bedroom. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom all tiled with a powerful shower. Very friendly staff and helpful. One of the best places that I stayed in UK, concerning staff friendliness.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly, welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel, bar and restaurant were likewise, very welcoming, warm and friendly environments. The food was very good, it was steak night and we had fantastic steaks at good value. The breakfast was also excellent. We had a lovely stay.

Very friendly staff, especially reception and at breakfast. Enjoyed our evening meal, and the cooked breakfast was superb - one of the best I've had. Nice atmosphere in the bar and seems to be popular with visitors and locals, which is positive. Rooms were very comfortable and supplied with everything needed.
