Great location and character. Spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly. A nice relaxing lounge/conservatory area away from the busy bar area. A lovely cooked breakfast. Perfect poached eggs!

It had hundreds of drinks choices. The food was good but not fantastic. The ladies that served breakfast were very welcoming.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at The Old Bell which was our base whilst visiting our son and his family in Oldham. We had requested a quiet room and had a lovely big room at the back of the hotel giving us 3 night's undisturbed sleep. Our room was clean and lovely and warm, even had underfloor heating in the bathroom. Breakfast was included and was really nice with some good options to choose from. We also had a really nice meal on our first night when we arrived. This was very welcome after a 6hr journey from our home. All in all, a really comfortable stay.
